Summer term 2026, classes in the Studio at Birmingham Buddhist Centre, and other venues, continue into July (No studio classes 17, 20 & 22 July) Check for pop-up online classes in August and other holiday periods!

New students welcome!

Classes include standing, seated and supine postures, and are suitable for all levels. The studio is fully equipped with yoga props, (you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer). Currently spaces are available, booking is helpful to guarantee your place and avoid disappointment in case it’s busy.

Mondays 10 – 11.15am, in Studio

Especially suitable for complete beginners and refresher for returning students.

Wednesdays 10 – 11.15am, in Studio ‘hybrid’ class, with an option to join online weekly

Fridays 10 -11.15am Studio general class.

During school holidays look out for pop-up online classes

Recordings of some classes are now available to regular students, for a small fee, for a limited time.

Chair-based Yoga Mondays 1.30pm All Saints Centre, Kings Heath Chair-based yoga is an opportunity for those who could benefit from a more gentle, supported practice, and may not be able to sit or lie down on the floor. All welcome. Drop-in cost £7, half term 6 sessions £36. (no class 20th July)

Thursdays – there are limited spaces in this women’s supportive yoga group for carers. Contact Carol for availability
