Workshops 2 + hour opportunities to explore yoga practices in more depth: ease tension, & prevent ailments by practising supportive sequences of asanas. Please contact Carol if you’re interested.
Yoga for carers, meeting at Birmingham Buddhist Centre, weekly on Thursday mornings, a group for women caring for a family member or friend in Birmingham. This class comes under the wing of the Buddhist Centre Carers Project. Attendance by arrangement, please contact Carol.
Chair-based yoga at All Saints Community Centre, Kings Heath. Classes every Monday 1.30pm (starts back 7th September). Drop-in £7, or £42 for 7 class half term
